Chillicothe Police Department responded to 115 calls for service Monday. Some of the calls include domestic disturbances and well-being checks.
2:15 AM, Officers responded to a business intrusion alarm at a business in the 2600 block of North Washington. Officer arrived to find the business was secure and alarm activation was a malfunction.
11:02 AM, Officer received a report of property damage at Schaffer Park.
5:28 PM, Officers received a report of a vehicle being driven in a careless manner in the 800 block of Hickory. Officer was unable to locate vehicle.
5:52 PM, Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Vine Street. A man was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was processed at the police department, cited, and released.
6:22 PM, Officer received an animal complaint in the 400 block of Wise Street. The owner of the animal contacted and advised of the complaint.
8:07 PM, Officer received a report of theft in the 100 block of Henry Street. Investigation Continues.
10:23 PM, Officers responded to a business intrusion alarm at a business in the 300 block of South Washington Street. The alarm was accidentally activated.
11:17 PM, Officers responded to Hedrick Medical Center for an out-of-control individual. The juvenile was later taken into custody and turned over to Linn County Children’s Division.
