A Breckenridge woman was arrested by State Troopers in Caldwell County at about 12:25 this morning. Thirty-nine-year-old Keyla M James was arrested on a Hamilton warrant for alleged driving while revoked or suspended and no insurance. She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
