The Chillicothe City Council will consider a resolution for a senior housing development, security locks for the Police Department and an amendment to the Container ordinance when they meet Monday. The meeting begins at 5:30 pm in the meeting room at CMU.
The meeting begins with financials and a bid for the security door locks at the Police Department.
City Administrator Darin Chappell will present a resolution to support a Senior Housing Development on the old prison property on Third Street. He will also present an ordinance amendment for the Shipping Container ordinance.
The final item under appearance is a request from Bird Company, a supplier of electric bicycles and scooters, to enter into a memorandum of understanding to serve the Chillicothe area.
A closed executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting.
