Chillicothe Police responded to 58 calls for service Sunday. The calls include possible theft and harassment.
9:39 AM Officers responded to the intersection of 11th and Elm in reference to a street sign being knocked over. Further investigation showed the sign was damaged by a vehicle that then left the scene of the accident. A suspect was identified and the investigation continues.
10:48 AM, Officers took a walk-in report of stealing from the 1000 block of S. Washington St. Officers recovered two cell phones that were stolen. The investigation continues.
4:02 PM Officers responded to the 500 block of Business 36 on a report of drug activity. Officers investigated the incident but were unable to make contact with suspected individuals.
4:24 PM Officers responded to a home on Shawnee Drive in reference to illegal dumping. Parties responsible were contacted and intend to correct the dumping.
10:06 PM Officers took a report of a possible stolen vehicle taken from a residence in the 100 block of Henry Street.
10:58 PM Officers responded to the 300 block of Jackson Street of harassment. Parties involved did not want a report at this time but were advised of alternative methods to help their situation.
