A resolution in support of a senior housing development at the old prison site on Third Street was approved by the Chillicothe City Council. City Administrator Darin Chappell talked about what is planned.
Chappell says this will require a zoning change if the project moves forward, and the changes could be for the entire parcel south of Third Street.
MBL Development requested the resolution to assist in the application process for funding from the State of Missouri.
