The Chillicothe Police Department report for Monday includes

Saturday:

5:27 pm, Officers received a call from a person reporting a child having run away from home and now has been picked up.   At 7:14 pm, Officers were at the home in the 1400 block of Burnam Road to speak with a parent and obtain further information.  10:23 pm, officers were advised the subject from the previous runaway report for hospital medical examination and Child Advocacy Center paperwork will be filled out for action in response to possible abuse allegations……Investigation continuing…..

Sunday

12:22 am, Officers assisted the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office with a traffic stop in the 400 block of W. Bus. 36 Hwy.

11:37 am, Officers took a report of stealing in the 1100 block of Walnut St.  The investigation is on-going.

2:54 pm, Officers were dispatched to a female “passed out” in an alley in the 600 block of Jackson St.  Officers located and contacted the person.  The report states Officers have had numerous contacts with the woman.  They attempted to provide assistance but the female refuses.

10:14 pm, Officers were dispatched to assist the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services with a medical emergency in the 500 block of W. Bus. 36 Hwy.  Officers discovered criminal activity.  The investigation continues.

Monday:

1:27 PM Officers responded to an animal complaint involving a rattlesnake in the 1900 block of Clay Street.  The animal was deceased upon officer arrival and removed from the area.

02:33 PM Officers took a report of stolen bank cards from the 600 block of Chicago Street. Investigation is underway.

6: 18 PM, Officers responded to the intersection of Clay and Walnut for a two vehicle crash without injury. Minor damage was reported and no citations issued.

7:19 PM Officers contacted a possibly intoxicated male near the intersection of Ryan Ln and Washington Street. Subject appeared to be intoxicated and complained of injury. He was transported by Chillicothe EMS to Hedrick Medical Center.

10:47 PM Officers conducted a traffic stop near the Broadway and Polk intersection which resulted in the arrest of one adult female for driving while suspended. She was cited and released pending a court appearance.
