The Chillicothe Middle School 8th grade “B” volleyball team competed in the Savannah Tournament over the weekend.
In pool play Chillicothe lost to Bode of St Joseph 15-25 and 15-25. In their second pool play match they beat Robidoux 25-15 and 25-19 to earn the third seed in the tournament. They beat Truman of Independence in the first round 25-21 and 25-20. In the semi-final game they lost to eventual champion Savannah 22-25 and 16-25.
Kiana Keith led the team with 29 service points throughout the tournament.
Their next competition is at Marshall on the 21st.
