Carroll County authorities arrested a Carrollton woman who was booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail for Livingston County. Thirty-nine-year-old Dawn Rachelle King was arrested Monday for alleged Failure to obey a judge’s orders on a charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. She was held with no bond allowed.
