The Carrollton Lady Trojans beat the Chillicothe Lady Hornets Volleyball team in a close, five sets match. Chillicothe won the first two 25-17 and 25-13. Carrollton won the next two 26-24, 25-23 and won the tiebreaker 15-9.
In the statistics for Chillicothe: Kayanna Cranmer had four kills and an ace, Delanie Kieffer with nine kills and four aces, Halle Hill with five assists, Anna Fisher with eight kills and four blocks, Jessica Reeter with three aces, seven assists and seven kills.
Gracie West had nine kills and four blocks, Trista Tipton had an ace, six kills, six assists and a block. Claire Walker had two kills and Claire Ripley with an ace and an assist.
The Hornet JV team won 25-8 and 25-6. For Chillicothe: Madison Albaugh had four kills and Kealee French with two. Maci Johnson had 11 aces and four assists. Madison Albaugh had five digs and Madison Bergan with three.
Carrollton didn’t have enough players to have a C-team match.
