9:01 AM Officers responded to the 1200 block of Clay Street to check the well-being of a juvenile that had not been attending school.
11:48 AM Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Washington Street resulting in the arrest of a male on a Livingston Co warrant. He was unable to post bond and was transported to Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
3:08 PM Officers took a report of child abuse. The abuse was reported while the juvenile was at school. The investigation is underway.
5:27 PM Officers responded to a business in the 600 block of BUS. 36 to serve a warrant on a man. He was unable to post bond and was transported to Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
9:15 PM Officers responded to the 600 block of Washington Street for a domestic assault in progress. After investigating the incident, officers did not make an arrest due to insufficient evidence. The Missouri domestic 12-hour law was put into effect and parties were ordered to separate.
