The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 179 calls for service Monday, including traffic stops, business checks, paper service, and followed up with numerous investigations.
12:01-05:00 AM Officers conducted multiple business checks on foot as well as with vehicles around the business district ensuring all businesses were secure and that the surrounding areas were free of vagrants.
08:07 AM Officers responded to the 400 block of Clay to a disturbance. An argument was settled between neighbors about making loud noises.
06:44 PM Officers responded to the 10 block of Clay for a domestic disturbance. An overly intoxicated man was advised to leave as the Missouri domestic 12-hour law was put in place.
08:47 PM Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Clay for parties being threatened. Officer took a report and trespassed the suspect from the property.
10:26 PM Officers conducted a traffic stop near the Waples and Washington that resulted in the arrest of a man on a Livingston County warrant. He was able to post bond and was released pending a court appearance.
