Chillicothe Firefighters Raising Money For Cancer Assistance

The Chillicothe Fighters with the Local Union 2460 are raising funds for Cancer Awareness.  Tracy Bradley says Mayor Theresa Kelly proclaimed October 22nd as Cancer Awareness Day in Chillicothe.  Bradley says they are selling T-Shirts for $20

In addition, they will have boot blocks leading up to the event on the 22nd.  Watch for them at the corner of Washington and Clay Streets.

She says they will have assistance on October 22nd from CHS students.

For T-shirts and information on the quilt, call the Fire Department at 660-646-2139 or stop by the fire department.  Funds raised will be donated to the Livingston County Cancer Assistance Fund to assist patients in the local area.
