Chillicothe City Administrator Darin Chappell recently announced his plans to retire at the end of March and eluded to a new chapter in his life. As of today, the new chapter is now clear, as he is officially a candidate for State Representative in Green County. Chappell explained why he chose to run for that location and not in the local area.
Chappell says he while the campaign has officially begun, he will continue to serve as City Administrator.
He says he hopes to bring his style of government to the state capital.
