Angela Poling watched with pride Wednesday morning as the pieces were unloaded and assembled to form the archway that announces entry into the “Kelly Poling Arts District.” She says this means a lot to her.
She is proud of the Kelly Poling Arts District and the types of events that are held in the district.
Poling thanked her board and the subcommittees that worked hard on the arch and recent events. The arch was constructed by Chillicothe Iron and Steel and installed by Professional Contractors and Engineers out of Columbia.
