A Kansas City man was arrested in Daviess County on a Clinton County warrant. State Troopers arrested 58-year-old Tommy W Martin was arrested Wednesday at about 5:00 pm on a warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged driving while revoked or suspended. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
