A Salisbury couple was injured in a single-vehicle crash early Wednesday morning near Huntsville. State Troopers report 86-year-old Lewis E Porter was westbound on US 24 in Randolph County and accidentally took the Route C exit and failed to stop at a stop sign. The vehicle crossed Route C and struck the guardrail.
Porter and his passenger, 81-year-old Bettey Porter were taken to Moberly Regional Hospital for treatment of Moderate and minor injuries. They were not wearing safety belts.
