The Livingston County Commissioners will meet with representatives from the State Emergency Management Association or SEMA as part of their meeting Thursday. The commissioners meet at 9:30 am in the commission room of the courthouse. At 10:00 am, they will attend the SEMA meeting at Calvary Baptist Church.
