A Carrollton woman had moderate injuries in a roll-over accident Friday evening. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 31-year-old April Shackelford of Carrollton was flown to Liberty Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries following the accident at about 7:50 pm on Route D, near County Road 130.
The Highway Patrol report Shackelford was northbound and ran off the road, struck the ditch and her car overturned, coming to rest on its top. She was not wearing a safety belt.
