The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 133 calls for service Monday. Those calls include:
10:02 a.m., Officers arrested a 45-year-old male for possession of a controlled substance following an investigation in the 10 block of S. Washington St. The male was processed at the Police Department and taken to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail.
3:50 p.m., Officers assisted the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services with a fire on E. Polk St. near St. Louis Ave.
8:15 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a truck-tractor and trailer facing East on the Westbound lanes of U.S. 36 Hwy. near S. Mitchell Ave. Officers responded and discovered the truck-tractor was partially blocking the roadway. Officers conducted traffic control until the vehicle was moved.
