After a rough stretch of recent games, the Chillicothe Boys Soccer Team beat Kansas City Ruskin 3-0 on Wednesday in the Kansas City Cup Tournament.
Chillicothe’s Mason Baxter scored his fifth goal of the year and Caleb Vance scored his first varsity goal off a Logan Distler assist. Trent Norman also scored his first varsity goal off a Colten Johnson assist.
Chillicothe Goal Keeper Daniel Hedrick recorded his second shut out of the young season.
Chillicothe Boys Soccer is now 2-6 and will host St Joseph Benton on September 17th at Jerry Litton Memorial Stadium in Chillicothe.
