The Chillicothe Lady Hornets Softball team has an extra day to prepare for the State Tournament Semifinal game against Perryville. Due to rain, the scheduled Class 4 and 5 games on Thursday were postponed, throwing off the tournaments schedules for all classifications.
Chillicothe Coach Lee Rucker knows his girls will roll with the punches.
Rucker feels the Lady Hornets Softball team will be ready to play some ball when the time comes.
The semifinal game against Perryville will start Saturday at 10:00am. The Third Place game will be Saturday at 2:30pm and the State Championship will be at 4:00pm.
