An Oklahoma man was arrested by Missouri State Troopers in Linn County Friday afternoon. Twenty-eight-year-old Cody B Phillips was arrested at about 5:35 pm for alleged DWI, drinking while driving, speeding, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, and bribery. He was processed at the Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
