Both Hunters and recreational shooters have an opportunity to learn how to keep their firearms in good working order.
The Missouri Department of Conservation will provide a program on the basics of cleaning and caring for a firearm. The VIRTUAL program “Learning to Shoot: Firearm Care and Cleaning” is November 7th. This free online program, put on by the staff of MDC’s Andy Dalton Shooting Range and Outdoor Education Center, will be from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m.
At this program, discussions will include cleaning, storage, and all aspects of firearms maintenance.
