The Chillicothe High School’s Academic Banquet is an opportunity to recognize students for their Academic Achievements in the previous school year. To qualify for the Academic Letter, the student had to earn a 3.5 GPA or B+ average in the previous school year
The 30th annual Academic Awards Banquet included 178 recipients. 53 seniors, 52 juniors, and 73 sophomores. Each of the students received a certificate, a pin, and if it was their first time to receive the award, their letter. Last year’s Seniors received their letters at graduation.
The banquet included a guest speaker, Kathy Breeden, a 1971 CHS Graduate and former English and Drama Teacher at Chillicothe High School.
