A Chillicothe woman was booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail following her arrest by the Chillicothe Police Department. Nineteen-year-old Mercedeze Shyanne Norris was arrested Wednesday for alleged Domestic Assault and Property Damage. Bond was set at $1,500 Cash Only. Stipulations include no contact with the victim and supervision services.
The charges are the result of an incident from September 24th.
