Two ordinances are on the agenda for the Trenton City Council when they meet Monday. The meeting begins at 7:00 pm at Trenton City Hall.
The ordinances include:
A contract with Earthworks Excavating for the construction of a water main and related piping for the wastewater treatment plant.
The contract with Toth and Associate for the preparation of the Cost of Service and Rate Design for the water and sewer departments.
Under old business, the council will discuss the “Banned Breed Dog Ordinance.
New business includes a discussion on trash service.
An executive session will be held to handle a legal matter.
