One-hundred-sixteen calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Monday. Some of the calls include:
11:44 AM, Officer responded to the 500 block of South Washington Street for a two-vehicle accident. No injuries were reported
1:13 PM, Officers responded to a report of an assault in the 1000 block of Jackson Street. Investigation continues.
6:28 PM, Officers responded to the Chillicothe Correctional Center for a report of an elderly person attempting to drive onto the prison property. The driver was assisted to their residence.
8:04 PM, Officers arrested a 37-year-old woman at the police department on a Livingston County Warrant for endangering the welfare of a child. She was unable to post the required bond and was transferred to the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail.
9:33 PM, Officers arrested a 28-year-old man in the 200 block of South Washington Street for driving while revoked. He was processed, cited, and released.
10:41 PM, No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident in a business parking lot in the 600 block of West business 36.
