A 27-year-old Humphreys man died in an accident Tuesday morning near Humphreys. Twenty-seven-year-old Dakota W Dalton was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident on Missouri 139. According to the report, at about 9:00 am, Dalton was southbound and ran off the left side of the road. His vehicle overturned and he was ejected. He was not wearing a safety belt.
