An appointment to the Chillicothe Board of Public Works was approved by the Chillicothe City Council. Mayor Theresa Kelly made her recommendation of Tony Clark to fill the opening.
Clark spoke briefly about the appointment.
The council approved the appointment on a 5/0 vote.
