The number of COVID-19 cases in Livingston County spiked up after the Thanksgiving Holiday. Ann Burchette from the Livingston County Health Center says from just before Thanksgiving earlier this week, the number of positive tests jumped.
Burchett says the setting of the holiday made this predictable.
She says they are unaware of any acute outbreak of the virus, but this was more likely situational due to the gatherings.
