The Chillicothe City Council approved the final plat for the Orschlen Subdivision as part of Monday’s city council meeting. Codes Officer Kevin Shira presented the ordinance to the council. The council approved the ordinance. Councilman At Large Tom Ashbrook noted a sewer main runs under a building in the subdivision.
The sewer main was has been in place for some time.
The council also heard the request for a Conditional Use Permit for a food delivery service at 302 Harvest Drive, in the northern part of Chillicothe. The business is Melodies Kitchen and Bakery,
The business is delivery only, no pick-up. The council approved the conditional use permit.
