Chillicothe High School’s girls and boys basketball teams travel to Macon for a doubleheader tonight.
The Chillicothe girls are 5-0 while Macon is 5-1. Chillicothe Coach Darren Smith says this is one of two difficult games his team has this week.
The Hornet Boys are on a three-game winning streak, heading into tonight’s game at Macon. Hornets coach Tim Cool thinks this will be a tough contest.
Macon is 4-2 on the season with both losses to Salisbury. Both teams have lopsided wins over Trenton. Chillicothe boys have won the last nine meetings.
KCHI’s coverage of the doubleheader begins at 5:40 this evening with the girls tip off at 6:00 pm and boys game to follow around 7:30 pm.
