Friday is Chillicothe City Administrator Darin Chappell’s last day in the position as he retires from this type of work. Chappell talked about some of his accomplishments in his time as the Chillicothe City Administrator. He says working with the department heads was is one of his highlights.
Chappell says the work on the streets program is another highlight, including the purchase of the new paving machine.
Monday was his last City Council meeting and he received a plaque in recognition of his time in Chillicothe.
