You can expect to receive that piece of mail you normally find in your mailbox this time of year. County Assessment forms will be sent at the end of this week, according to Livingston County Assessor Steve Ripley.
He says the forms are similar to previous years.
Ripley says it is important to double-check your work before returning the form to prevent mistakes.
Ripley says it is best to fill out the form a few days after you receive it. He also suggests making a copy for you to keep in case there are questions. The forms are due in the Assessor’s office before March 1st.
