The Chillicothe Hornets Wrestling team beat Carrollton and lost to Richmond in a triangular meet on the road.
Chillicothe beat Carrollton 48 to 12. Individual results for the Hornets:
Carter Shipers won with a bye. Joel Edwards won by pin in 1:42. Caden Kanniainen lost by pin, Bryce Dominique won with a bye, Gauge Chenet lost by pin, Dawson Sutton and Brody Carins both won with byes, Brock Miller won by pin in 42 seconds, Vance Scherler and Bo Smith both won with a bye. Four weight classes had byes from both teams.
Richmond beat Chillicothe boys 51 to 22. Individual results for the Hornets:
Carter Shipers lost by pin, Lane McCoy lost by pin, Caden Kanniainen lost by pin, Bryce Dominique won by pin in 4:26, Gauge Chenet won by pin in 4:51, Dawson Sutton won 4-2, Brody Carins won 14-6, Brock Miller won 7-2, Vance Scherler lost by pin and Bo Smith lost 3-0. Chillicothe was open in four weight classes. In exhibition matches, Nicholas won lost by pin, Martin Moore won by pin in 3:55 and Bryce Bergan won 4-0.
The Lady Hornets beat Carrollton 18-6. In contested matches Rebecca Slattery won by pin in 2:45, Yoo Lee lost by pin, Keonnia Morgan and Karyna Ireland both won with a bye.
