11:05 AM Officers received a report of a possible sexual misconduct that occurred in the summer of 2020. The investigation is to continue.
11:05 AM Officers arrested a person that turned themselves in on a warrant at the police department. They were unable to post bond and were taken to Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
11:48 AM Officers received information of possible fraud where someone attempted to obtain unemployment benefits in someone else’s name.

04:38 PM Officers responded to the 200 block of E 2nd Street for an unattended death. Livingston County Coroner was contacted. Death appears to be of natural causes.
Tuesday:
06:18 AM Officers took a report of an assault that occurred in the 100 block of JFK. This investigation resulted in the arrest of a woman who was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
10:44 AM Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash in the 1000 block of Graves Street. No injuries were reported.
12:49 PM Officers took a theft report in the 500 block of Vine Street. Investigation is underway.
11:36 PM Officer responded to a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of St. Louis. Officers found a single intoxicated man who had started a large fire in his backyard and was burning many objects from the home. He was cited for illegal burning.
