State Troopers report two arrests Wednesday in the area counties.
In Sullivan County at about 11:20 am, Troopers arrested 20-year-old Christianvie L Ndaye of Kirksville and 19-year-old Madison N Morris of Milan for alleged possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of alcohol by a minor. They were both processed at the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department and released.
