Two people were recently booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
49-year-old Loutinia Lee Owens was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Department for alleged failure to appear. Bond is set at $20,000.
46-year-old David Matthew Jeffers was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Department for alleged Domestic Assault He is held with no bond.
