Five people were recently booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail for Livingston County. Sheriff Cox says they include:
24-year-old Jessica Maurine Busker of Chillicothe is held pending transfer to the Department of Corrections. Busker was sentenced in Livingston County court to seven years for endangering the welfare of a child. The sentence will run consecutive to any other sentences. The incident occurred in early 2021.
53-year-old Alfred Brian Sprouse of Gallatin is held pending transfer to the Missouri Department of Corrections. Sprouse was sentenced in Livingston County Court on a change of venue. The sentence includes one year for each of two counts of assault and four years for sexual contact with a student. The sentences are to run consecutively to any other sentences. The sentencing is the result of a guilty plea in December.
38-year-old Zachary Divine Horton of Springfield is held following his arrest for alleged failure to appear on an October 2021 charge of alleged driving while revoked or suspended. He is held with bond set at $7,500 cash only.
51-year-old Jeffery David Admire of Sedalia is held following his arrest by Livingston County Deputies on charges of alleged financial exploitation of an elderly person and tampering or attempted tampering with a victim. Bond is set at $20,000 cash only.
29-year-old Gerald Joseph Ratcliffe of Dawn was arrested by Chillicothe Police and is held for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
