A Free Waterfowl Workshop will be available to those wanting to learn strategies for hunting ducks and geese. . The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) is offering a free virtual waterfowl hunting class from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 16. This class will teach the equipment and strategies needed to be successful hunting ducks and geese.
The class will cover where to hunt, waterfowl ecology and biology, firearms, equipment, and hunting strategies. MDC conservation educator Adam Brandsgaard will also explain waterfowl hunting season regulations and purpose.
