The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department is transporting five people to the Missouri Department of Corrections in St. Joseph or Vandalia, to begin their sentences. They include:
22-year-old Brandon Young of Chillicothe, sentenced to 7 years and an ITP Program for Possession Controlled Substance
53-year-old Alfred Sprouse of Gallatin was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Sexual Contact with a student, and one year each for two counts of assault. – The sentences are to run consecutive.
27-year-old Donnie Matheson of Chillicothe, sentenced to 7 years and an ITP Program for Endangering Welfare of Child
34-year-old Justin R Winfrey of Brookfield sentenced to 3 years for Tampering with Motor Vehicle
24-year-old Jessica Busker of Chillicothe, sentenced to 7 years for Endangering Welfare of Child
All detainees will be transported at the earliest opportunity.
