The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 91 calls for service Wednesday. Some of the calls include:
12:57 pm, Officers and Animal Control in the 1000 block of Elm Street to check the report of malnourished dogs. As a result, two animals were seized from the property and paperwork will be forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for the possibility of filing charges for neglect on dog owners.
3:37 pm, Officer out in the 10 block of Cherry Street for a report of theft. The victim reported the theft of a dealer license plate from a pickup truck. The license plate numbers were entered into the computer system as stolen.
