The Chillicothe Girls Soccer team looked sharp in their four-team preseason jamboree at Jerry Litton Memorial Stadium Wednesday evening.
Chillicothe beat Lafayette 2-0 with goals by Delanie Kieffer off a Lucy Reeter assist and Jessica Reeter scored the second goal.
Juliann Gabrielson scored the lone goal in the scrimmage with Father Tolton. Delanie Kieffer had the assist.
The Lady Hornets ended the jamboree with another 1-0 win over Sedalia Smith Cotton. Lucy Reeter scored off a Hailee Williams assist.
Allie Italiano protected the net in all three games, picking up 13 total saves.
Coach Jimmy Chapman called it a great experience, playing a lot of players with everyone showing improvement.
The season begins Friday at Sedalia Smith-Cotton at 5:00 pm.
