Two arrests are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol for Friday and early today.
Friday at about 5:45 pm in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 32-year-old Nicholas T Lay of Independence for alleged Driving While Intoxicated – persistent offender. He was taken to the Caldwell County Jail.
At about 12:20 am, 23-year-old Dawson L Davis of Altamont was arrested in Daviess County for alleged DWI. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
