Sunday:
10:26 AM, Officers responded to the 200 block of Washington Street, for a report of fraudulent use of a credit card. One was arrested and later taken to the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail. Charges are being sought for fraudulent use and theft of a credit device.
12:36 PM, Officers responded to the 100 block of E Jackson Street for a reported dog bite. A dog owner has been identified but contact with that subject has not been made at this time. The investigation continues.
7:22 PM, Officers conducted a follow-up investigation of an assault reported Saturday. Officers arrested two people, one was cited for Trespassing and released, the second was charged with Burglary 1st Degree, Assault 3rd Degree, and 8 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. That person was taken to the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail.
Saturday
6:29 pm, Subject in PD to speak with Officer about a report of property damage and leaving the scene. Evidence was collected and further investigation lead to a 30-year-old from Hale taken into custody and transported to Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail.
