Postponed sporting events are beginning to pile up for Chillicothe High School.
Tonight’s Hornet’s baseball game against Bishop LeBlond, which was supposed to be broadcast on KCHI, has been postponed. The grounds crew at Phil Welch Stadium determined the playing surface was too wet to host the game.
Additionally, the home track meet with Excelsior Springs and Lafayette has been postponed in response to wet and cold conditions.
Boys tennis is still scheduled to go toe to toe with St. Pius X at 4pm
