A jury trial was recently held in Livingston County Circuit Court on a change of venue from Daviess County. The two-day trial for 30-year-old Matthew Ryan Rouner of Jameson was for charges of auto theft and property crimes. The jury found Rouner guilty on those charges and not guilty on other allegations.
He remains in custody pending sentencing in May.
