Kindergarten and Preschool screening for the Tina/Avalon School District is May 2nd and 3rd. Parents are encouraged to contact the school for an appointment. The school will conduct hearing, vision, speech/language, motor and cognitive screenings.
For Preschool, the child must be age 3 by July 31st. For Kindergarten, the child must be age 5 by July 31st.
Parents are asked to bring Birth Certificates, Shot Records, and Social Security Cards for the child to the screening.
