At around 12:30am Saturday, a Green City woman, 37-year-old Rachel Lasher was cited by the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department for alleged driving while intoxicated, lack of insurance and failure to maintain the right half of the roadway.
Lasher was booked at the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department and was later released.
