That complaint includes charges of alleged: 1 count of Sexual Misconduct involving a Child Under 15, 4 counts of Furnishing Pornographic Material (or attempt) to a Minor and 1 count of Sexual Misconduct
Douglas also appear for a bond hearing on charges of alleged:
4 counts of Sexual Abuse, 2 counts of Statutory Sodomy, 4 counts of Sexual Contact with a Student, 1 count of Sexual Misconduct, and 1 count of Furnishing Pornographic Material (or attempt) to a Minor.
The Judge continued “NO BOND ALLOWED” for these Charges
Douglas remains in Custody at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
